Apply now for the position of Application Specialist for In Vitro Point of Care (POC) diagnostics for Center-North Italy. In this role your will perform application activities for the entire Point Of Care portfolio achieving targets within assigned territories (Regions of Center and North East of Italy) reporting to the Country CS POC Manager.

Your role:

  • You will take care of post sales direct problem-solving trough method applications or troubleshooting or by activating the specific technical service or application support and reaching consequent customer satisfaction.
  • You will take care of onsite instrument installation, customer training and follow up regarding Point of Care Diagnostics Products.
  • You will provide phone and remote support to the customer working with the 1st level support team.
  • You will take care of system’s performance monitoring by measuring selected KPIs and the adherence to the contract terms.
  • You will support new system launches, implementation, updates, and upgrades.
  • You will reinforce the professional project management approach in large projects.
  • You will take care of new eventually customer’s need giving your direct support, in cooperation with our salespeople or activating internal support channels.
  • You will support Sales in Pre-Sales activities and responses to tenders ensuring the proposed solution is profitable.
  • You will contribute to transform the POC CS organization in a profit center by identifying opportunities to sell our Services.

Your expertise:

  • Preferable Degree in Biology/Biomedical Laboratory Techniques or equivalent
  • 1-5 years of experience in similar role
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with ability to communicate complex technical and clinical content in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • Fluent English in both written and spoken.
  • Availability to travel
  • Basic Knowledge of IT and networking, willingness to develop this skill.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office Package (PowerPoint, Excel etc.)
