We’re proud of that!As our Feature Engineer you will be a key player in the cooperation between IT and Business stakeholders. You drive to make complex changes happen within and across Tribes. Your holistic view as well as your knowledge of both Business and IT are crucial in translating business requirements into business value. You align between squads – from the same or different Tribe(s) – and other parts of the organization and manage dependencies.If you think you have the following qualifications;Problem solving skills to find creative ways of driving progress and removing impedimentsAnalytic skills for creating end-to-end solutionsExperience with agile way of workingA team player mindset, with a ‘make it happen’ mentality, eager to learn and the ability to coach othersGood communication skills in English (C1 level), strong communication and presentation skills (telling – selling) across different skill and seniority levels4+ years of experience in software development projects preferably in Agile methodologyGraduated from relevant departments (Engineering, Software development etc.) from reputable universitiesExcellent knowledge of the existing IT architecture (for the relevant domain) and technical flowsMain areas of knowledge:Code versioning tools (e.g. Azure and Git) and good knowledge of the problemDBMS and SQL (e.g., Oracle, PL/ SQL);Technology landscape (application level) of the relevant domainAgile paradigm;Scrum;UML standards;Microservices architecture and domain design model;Retail banking business;Advanced experience in the development of REST & SOAP application servicesExperience in designing front-end solutions using TypeScript, JavaScript, Angular and JqueryJunit testing, test driven development and Spring integration testingProven experience in application development with JAVA on/with J2EE platform, Spring, Spring BootExperience in the same role in a complex environment with 24/7 service availabilityIf you think you may take charge of the following responsibilities;Interpretation of business rules and functional and non-functional requirements to define technical specifications according to an architectural specification provided in terms of interaction between systems, data exchange, transformations etc… according to a defined design methodologyParticipates and cooperates in shaping activities, participates in feasibility analyses for new or upgraded initiatives (Epic and User Story) assessing the impacts for IT as well as participating and supporting developers in the development phase
