Job Description:Division: Group Digital Capabilities (GDC)Short Description:We are looking for a Workstream Project Manager / Feature Delivery Owner to join our Screen Engagement Interfaces Tribe.Description:You will join the Screen Engagement Interface (SEI) Tribe in the Group Digital Capabilities ‘GDC) division.Main objective of this Tribe is to deliver Euroclear customers frontend services and products, in a reliable and stable manner, to monitor their activities, enable reporting and allow transactions execution.General Job description:As a Workstream Project Manager (Feature Delivery Owner), you will be working closely with IT Program/Project Managers (Epic Delivery Owners), Scrum Masters, Delivery Teams and will provide project management expertise to deliver new or improve the existing features of the complex IT solutions.Role:

  • Leads on workstream project coordination, planning, resourcing, scheduling, risk management, and implementation of the Features
  • Contributes to and reviews the project proposal or plan to determine timeframe, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing the project, staffing requirements, and allocation of available resources to various phases of the project
  • Defines (forecasts) the Feature cost and reviews budgets (baselines, plans, actuals, deviations)
  • Regularly reports project progress to IT Program Manager, Epic Delivery Owner and to the Management at different levels
  • Provides the interface and maintains a confident relationship with other contributors to the project
  • Coordinates the work across different teams and IT departments
  • Negotiate changes to project scope or specification with the project sponsor/client
  • Ensure that delivery and quality is under control (IT controls activities compliancy)

Requirements:

  • You already have 5+ years of proven Project Management experience in a large Financial Services organization.
  • The scope of work you have managed includes development of associated business processes, procedures, controls and critical metrics.
  • You are experienced in leading end to end several projects in parallel with size varying from 300 to 3,000 person-days.
  • You have demonstrated through your career strong leadership skills with the ability as well to adapt your style according to the context and the different project partners.
  • You have good knowledge of agile delivery methods as well as the waterfall approach, and able to adapt to a “meet half-way approach”.
  • Your responsibilities encompassed the different aspects of these (Planning, Budgets, Risks & Issues, Resources management). Previous experience of outsourced projects management is nice to have.
  • You have a natural affinity with IT.
