Job description
As a fault technician, you are responsible for both the curative and preventive maintenance of technical installations. In addition, you ensure that production runs smoothly by regularly providing feedback to team leaders and operators and by promptly identifying and resolving any problems. You closely monitor production processes, adjust and set up machines to ensure safe and high-quality production. In addition, you are skilled in detecting, locating and resolving faults using Siemens TIA Portal and Step 7. You also carefully register and document your activities, the set parameters and the consumption of materials in the appropriate systems. This ensures clear and traceable administration. Requirements Our client is looking for a fault technician with a passion for technology and strong logical thinking. You have a degree in a technical field, such as electromechanics, electricity or electronics, and experience with PLC programs (Siemens Step 7, TIA Portal) and frequency controllers. You work independently, but also function well in a team. In addition, you are willing to work in a continuous system night (4 days work / 4 days home from 18:00 to 06:00).
