At Toyota Parts Centre Europe we are looking for a Facility Officer.As a Facility Officer at the Toyota Parts Center Europe at Diest you will be responsible for the administration and coordination of different facility services. You will work 80% on a desk, but 20% of the time you will be in the warehouse or offices to check and communicate with the contractors. You will go look yourself for damages,… inside the facilities.As a Facility Officers you will be responsible to:
– Direct and assist contractors responsible for the kitchen, cleaning, maintenance…
– Give administrative support to facilities and project coordinators: developing of budgets, placing purchase orders, chasing invoices, following up on cases…
– Monitor the spendig to ensure it remains within budget
– Give support on site, for example: in case of leakage, damage,… you will go and check it out to inform the necessary people and guide them
– Make sure the planned preventive maintance happens accuracte
– Prepare periodical and special reports on budgets
– Fullfill general administrative tasks in support of the faciliy like: taking calls, creating tickets with tasks, making bookings…Profiel What are we looking for in a Facility Officer:– You are fluent in English and Dutch.
– You are an hands-on employee.
– You have a perseverance to achieve the objective and deliver expected output.
– MS Office hold no secrets for you.
– You have excellent mathematical ability and an analytical mind
– You have excellent communication skills.
– No challenge is to big of small for you!
– You are a go-getter who has a problem solving mentality.
– You have a basic knowledge of regulations for building construction in Belgium.
– You have attention for detail.
– Working in a team and respecting others comes naturally for you.
– You use the Genchi-genbutsu (which means: Go and see for yourself) principle.
