Facility & Maintenance Specialist

We are looking for a Facility & Maintenance Specialist

The candidate, reporting directly to the Facility Manager, will support the Manager in the management of facility and maintenance projects.

Main activities:

• Collaborate with the Manager for all kinds of technical needs, problems and feasibility studies supporting the Site Facility Coordinators;
• Prepare technical specifications and metric calculation, lead all development facility and maintenance projects;
• Prepare layouts and drawings of warehouse / office, combining the technical requirements of national laws;
• Collaborate with external consultants;
• Manage cost governance related to ordinary and extraordinary maintenance activity.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience gained in maintenance at companies operating in the manufacturing or logistics industry;
• Good knowledge of technical drawing and design (Auto Cad, etc )
• Good ability to work in a team and results orientation;
• Good level of English.
