We are looking for a Facility & Maintenance Specialist
The candidate, reporting directly to the Facility Manager, will support the Manager in the management of facility and maintenance projects.
Main activities:
- Collaborate with the Manager for all kinds of technical needs, problems and feasibility studies supporting the Site Facility Coordinators;
- Prepare technical specifications and metric calculation, lead all development facility and maintenance projects;
- Prepare layouts and drawings of warehouse / office, combining the technical requirements of national laws;
- Collaborate with external consultants;
- Manage cost governance related to ordinary and extraordinary maintenance activity.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience gained in maintenance at companies operating in the manufacturing or logistics industry;
- Good knowledge of technical drawing and design (Auto Cad, etc )
- Good ability to work in a team and results orientation;
- Good level of English.
