Our Engineering Transformation team work to improve the quality of our Engineering processes.Partner with the bestIn this role you will lead maintenance in the plant, optimizing facility equipment performance, reducing breakdowns, and enhancing reliability, safety, and productivity.As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Developing maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods.
• Coordinating contractors for maintenance activities.
• Diagnosing and resolving breakdown issues.
• Ensuring compliance with regulations and improve HSE performance.
• Conducting quality inspections on maintenance work.
• Collaborating with engineering, production, and HSE teams, provide feedback to the investment team.

Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:

• Have a degree in a technical field in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Have excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills.
• Be proficient in reading equipment manuals for repair and failure mode identification.
• Be knowledgeable in mechanical principles and equipment.
• Be skilled in coordinating and verifying work of external contractors.
• Be able to demonstrate the ability to analyze and solve problems, self-starter, goal-oriented, flexible time management, and proficient in IT tools.
