Coesia operates in 36 countries with 20 different companies and employs over 8,000 people as of 2023.About the RoleThe selected resource will support the manager in these activities:– Support in activities related to the implementation of the HSE management system in the area of safety and environment (ISO 45001 and ISO 14001);– Collaboration in the creation and updating of safety documentation (DVR, DUVRI) for the activities performed– Supporting the management of non-conformities (accidents; hazardous events) and related corrective actions in the HSE field

– Collaboration with HR and the Competent Doctor for the management of health surveillance– Support in managing employee training documentation pursuant to Legislative Decree 81/08– Support in the management of waste disposal processes produced in the company and preparation of relevant documentation (waste form, loading and unloading register)– Support in the management of management and legal deadlines (internal audits, maintenance, etc.)– Support in organising and recording internal maintenance activitiesWhat You Need to Be SuccessfulWe would like to meet candidates who:– Have a master’s degree in Safety Engineering, Prevention Techniques in the Environment and Workplace, Environmental Engineering, or similar– English fluency
– show flexibility, proactivity and the ability to work in a team and in a dynamic environment
– show strong communication skills
