Together, we can make an impact!Job ScopeOrganizes and supervises the maintenance of buildings and machinery in compliance with expected costs and requirements regarding Safety, Health and the Environment.Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensures the correct maintenance of relevant company equipment, in compliance with company budgets and production needs;
  • ensures the drafting and implementation of the preventive maintenance plan;
  • guarantees the good technical execution of the works within the approved budget;
  • ensures the drafting and management of the technical documentation of the systems in accordance with the Mandatory Regulations;
  • coordinates the interventions of external suppliers, ensuring their effectiveness;
  • establishes and agrees with the laboratory managers the timing and priority of intervention on the various systems;
  • works to achieve the correct application and compliance with company safety and environmental regulations and current EHS legislation by the personnel of the operating units.

Education, Experience, and Qualifications

  • Electrotechnical high school diploma and/or similar – Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Mechanics, Energy or similar);
  • 2-3 years experience in similar roles within Facility or Asset Management departments or in equivalent positions in highly structured and multinational contexts;
  • Interest in Facility issues;
  • Familiarity with managing the maintenance of HVAC systems in Pharma environments;
  • Knowledge of Industrial Maintenance management logics and the supporting IT systems;
  • Good knowledge of applicable regulations, multidisciplinary techniques, aptitude for legal and regulatory aspects;
  • Previous experience in the chemical or pharmaceutical sector and knowledge of the main equipment and utilities used in Biological/Molecular laboratories is a preferential qualification;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and aptitude for change and managing activities independently;
  • Good knowledge of the English language.
