Job Title: Static Fabric Engineer

Location: Guildford
Salary: Up to GBP32,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 2 PM – 10 PM
Call Out: None

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Static Fabric Engineer to join our team in Guildford. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a stable, Monday to Friday role with no on-call duties, allowing for a perfect work-life balance. Key Responsibilities:

* Perform maintenance and repair tasks on building fabric and systems.
* Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
* Address reactive maintenance issues promptly.
* Collaborate with other team members to ensure high standards of building upkeep.
* Ensure all work is carried out safely and efficiently.

Qualifications and Experience:

* Proven experience in building maintenance, particularly in fabric repairs.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
* Relevant qualifications or certifications in building maintenance or related fields are advantageous.
