Position: Fabric Maintenance Engineer (Static)
Location: Bournemouth
Salary: Up to GBP33,000 per annum
Hours: 14:00 – 22:00, Monday to Friday
Holiday: 25 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform regular maintenance and repairs on fabric elements within the facility.
* Conduct routine inspections and identify areas needing attention.
* Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to ensure the facility remains in top condition.
* Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment.

Ideal Candidate:

* Proven experience as a Fabric Maintenance Engineer or similar role.
* Strong technical skills and knowledge of building maintenance.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to work.
