We are seeking an Expert Quantity Survey (m/f/d) for our Data Center Business Unit in Vienna, Austria.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Commercial management of construction projects
• Participation in bid calculations
• Drafting and reviewing contracts, as well as participating in contract negotiations
• Creation and monitoring of project budgets and costs within the framework of project controlling
• Project-related risk and claims management
• Evaluation and clarification of contractual issues, as well as performance and billing discrepancies and amendments
• Assistance in the preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements
• Examination and processing of supplier and subcontractor invoices
• Contract and customer management in coordination with project management

Show your expertise

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or commercial training with relevant professional experience
• Professional experience in a comparable position
• Experience in managing large construction projects is an advantage
• Strong professional background in Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) engineering or relevant proven previous trade experience
• Knowledge of a billing and calculation program
• Fluent English and German skills, both written and spoken
• Willingness to travel to project sites within DACH region
