Pharmaceutical market, depending on the country, is subject to very often strict rules in terms of pricing and reimbursement. Local regulations and growing cross-country interconnections are a challenge for commercialization of the products. Capturing this dynamics and understanding of the local pricing and reimbursement environment is crucial in terms of a successful market access.As Export Markets Pricing Policy Expert/Manager you will be responsible for setting up and leading the strategic price management process for markets we are present in, including the B2B area.Your responsibilities:

• Supporting and coordinating pricing related initiatives in countries within scope of responsibility, such as price settlement, price change, price revision, ensuring all related activities are in line with pricing strategy
• Direct responsibility for recommendations to decision makers on the price settlement or price change in the assigned markets, accompanied by revenue risks estimations
• Understanding the pricing environment for the products based on thorough data and regulations analysis as well as insights gained from interactions with other functions and local teams
• Aligning key stakeholders across the organization and building consensus with regards to the adopted price strategy
• Undertaking cross-market price referencing activities (IRP) in line with local regulations, related to impact assessment, creating and improving analytical tools, launch sequencing
• Product pricing performance reviews, identifying opportunities, proposing and implementing actions to optimize pricing processes in the organization
• Developing innovative pricing models utilizing new business opportunities and new technologies to support analytical and decision-making processes in terms of the product pricing
• Building relations and cooperation with local institutions. Preparing documents for purpose of price registration on supported markets (price declarations, appeals, required documentation management)
• Monitoring and analysis of the legislation and legislative changes in the fields related to pharmaceuticals, reimbursement and healthcare system across the markets within responsibility area

Requirements:

• Higher education in economics, finance or medicine
• Previous work experience in pricing / market access or business / marketing intelligence within pharmaceutical/ healthcare/medical related industry
• The ability to combine, analyze and draw conclusions from the various sources, databases, legal frameworks, expert studies, as well as to verify their credibility
• Excellent communication skills, teamwork, ability to collaborate within interdisciplinary teams; with internal and external stakeholders
• Fluent English – as a must
• Knowledge of Russian will be an advantage
