RESPONSIBILITIES

As an HR Quality Control & Compliance Expert in the Global Transfer Steering Team, you will be providing the foundation to the quality control mechanism and compliance processes both handled in the Global Transfer Steering Teams and across the service provided by Regional Mobility Center.

• You will provide the foundation to define, measure and improve quality control of our Global Mobility program.

• Moreover you wll ensure BASF compliance in terms of immigration labor law, tax and social security as well as quality control across services.

• You will collaborate with teams to define quality standards across all processes & review and monitor services and operations through internal audits.

• Furthermore you will provide guidance in developing process documentation for all Global Mobility services.

• You act as the focal contact in audits & coordinate audit processes.

• Legal watch: You closely will follow the changes in immigration labor law and social security and ensure timely and compliant implementation in our systems and processes with the support of the team.

• Partner management: You will be constantly in exchange with the stakeholders to identify improvement needs and coordinate with technical partners to realize the implementation in the relevant systems.

• You will be continuous self-learning and enable others to develop quality control measures as a way of working.

• You also will support beyond the team and foster networking: For that you will consult and share experiences within the department, with partners and other counterparts.

• Last but not least you will foster Knowledge and Quality Management by further concept development and optimization of processes, explore best-practice-solutions and modernization possibilities of systems and processes.

QUALIFICATIONS

• university degree

• 7 years Job Experience, ideally in the field of Global Mobility and/or auditing or quality control

• profound knowledge in MS Office

• affinity as well as proven experience on digitalization

• process mapping experience

• proficient English and German are mandatory, another EMEA language is an asset

• Gross annual salary (full-time): 64.000 – 67.000 €, depending on qualifications and professional experience. In addition, you can expect a bonus dependent on the company’s success as well as individual performance.
