Our Digital Hub in Barcelona is formed by +450 employees working in strategic projects and different roles such as Data, Cybersecurity, ERP, Cloud, Infrastructures, IT Project Management or Digital Marketing.We are seeking a talented individual to join the team as a Data and Analytics Digital Product Manager. In this role you will be responsible for the overall scope of Sales Analytics initiatives, and your objective will be to maximize the value of the products delivered and manage the Product Owners team. In charge of unblocking roadblocks, co-defining the product strategy, managing the overall portfolio of the products of your team. You will also have a chance to participate actively in the Data Ingestion journey and interact with business stakeholders. Within the DCR Data Center of Excellence, you will work on a variety of analytics projects, governance & process topics, data acquisition and sourcing, Artificial intelligence initiatives and you will manage efficiently, using Agile principles, the Sales Product owners’ team.Main responsibilitiesProducts Portfolio
- Participating in the definition of the products vision in constant communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Working on overall DCR portfolio rationalization and technical debt analysis (incl. decommissioning)
- Anticipating the business directions and needs, being the first point of contact for any Sales domain initiative.
Product Development
- Unblocking the roadblocks during the Backlog grooming
- Ensuring end-to-end user feedback is consistently provided and integrated in the development
- Monitoring product status and improvements and secure commitment
- Help identifying use cases’ dependencies with external elements (systems, services, technologies, EIP, etc) that could put at risk the Product development, to address them in advance and identify solutions
Product Owners team management
- Supporting the Product Owners team on any challenge or blocking point.
- Helping Product Owners team to growth professionally following “Learn Every Day” principles
- Anticipating the potential gaps or additional needs within Product Owners team and solving them beforehand.
COE Transversal activities
- Growing the maturity of the CoE’s franchise model within Sales domain.
- Participating in the finalization of the CoE operating model & orchestrate its launching and the delivery
- Working with Data team to ensure that the necessary data is available for use case development
- Supporting cross-stream activities, sharing knowledge, and participating in disruptive initiatives.
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Experience in Product Ownership
- Knowledge of and experience in the delivery of agile projects (scaled agile)
- Understanding of complex operating model with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to communicate to stakeholders both on business and technical aspects
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities
- Good & Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate.
- Agile and flexible mindset to adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to propose recommendations, solutions, and improvement scenarios.
