If you are passionate about working for a noble cause on projects shaping the future of sustainable and intelligent pharma facilities, NNE is the place to be.About the roleYou will join our Site HSE, Construction and Commissioning & Qualification department, within the Project Management area, with approximately 120 skilled employees. Together we make sure that we execute our construction & Commissioning projects in a safe and predictable way.As Manager for Compliance & Quality Assurance you will take on an important leadership role managing 10-15 highly skilled compliance coordinators alongside securing that our procedures are updated and uploaded to our GMS system. You will be responsible for ensuring project compliance and quality assurance (within Site HSE site management) within the laws and regulations applicable to the industry within Site HSE, construction and commissioning management.In this role, we are offering an exciting career opportunity in a company with international presence and high reputation with national and international customers and contractors where you will have the opportunity to have a strong impact on the company’s result by taking Compliance & Quality Assurances to the next level for our department Site HSE, Construction and Commissioning & Qualification department.Your daily work will take place in Virum and some days a week in the Kalundborg area.Location Virum Department Construction, Safety & Commission Mgmt.

As Manager for Compliance & Quality Site Mgt you will:
- be responsible for staying alongside of laws and regulations applicable to the industry within Site HSE and Construction Management
- hold weekly coordination meetings with key stakeholders – PM, department managers, Head of Quality, client etc.
- provide training to employees to increase awareness about compliance issues, internal policies, and legal obligations
- conduct risk assessments to identify areas of potential non-compliance or ethical risks
- collaborate with numerous departments, such as Quality, legal, human resources, and finance, to address compliance-related issues comprehensively
- secure that we prioritize safety by demonstrating clear leadership in this respect
- adhere to the strategy in the Construction/Commissioning areas according to NNE overall strategy
- ensure project compliance and ensure that the NNE quality system, standards and methods, including OurWiki, are the basis for execution as applicable
- focus on individual’s ability to grow their skills and develop the tools they need for business growth

- are highly experienced and highly qualified within ISO, Compliance & Quality
- have a solid leadership background and experience from similar position and working with project teams.
- have an understanding of project governance structures
- are experienced working closely with customer Project & Construction managers and key project team members
- have strong stakeholder management skills and take part in building and coordinating customer relations
- assist customers in understanding project deliverables and consequently resource/competence requirements
The miles you’ve walked
In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:
- Minimum 5-8 years’ experience in ISO, Compliance & Quality Management, preferable from pharma & biotech industries
- Minimum 10 years of experience in planning, monitoring, auditing and performance as well as proactive opportunity / risk management
- Executive MBA & Lead Auditor within one of our ISO 9001, 14001 or 45001
- A proven history on effective delivery of complex and large volume construction projects in compliance with agreed cost, schedule, and quality targets and in compliance with legal, regulatory and internal Group guidelines and requirements
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written (fluent in Danish is a plus)
