Siemens Mobility is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Consultant to join our team. As an Experienced HR Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our organization’s People & Organization functions and initiatives. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to develop and enhance the P&O function in Denmark, ensuring it serves as a robust support function to the business.Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a skilled advisor to management and employees on complex HR operational matters, acting as the first point of contact for escalated issues.
• Stay abreast of relevant employment laws and regulations. Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date, compliant with legal requirements, and effectively communicated across the organization.
• Provide administrative support to the recruitment process by partnering with the P&O Partner to support managers, including end-to-end responsibility for the recruiting process:
• Utilize HR data and analytics to provide insights. Support the P&O Partner with recommendations to drive business decision-making.
• Oversee the administration of employee benefits and initiatives, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellbeing programs.
• Develop and implement initiatives to promote employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Support the P&O Partner in conducting employee surveys and analyzing results to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide expert guidance to managers on the use of HR systems and tools, ensuring efficient processes and effective utilization. We use Workday as our HRM system, and experience with it is a plus.
• Act as the first point of contact for day-to-day administrative HR tasks. Own and manage the P&O mailbox, ensuring timely and effective communication and resolution of queries. You will support the Head of P&O in daily tasks across a wide range of responsibilities. We are currently working on creating content for our new P&O SharePoint site, and your contribution will be significant in this development.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives, including process improvements and the development of the P&O SharePoint site.
• Coordinate continuous learning and development programs for all employees, working closely with the P&O Partner to ensure alignment with organizational needs.
• Ensure that inbound and outbound employee delegations are managed effectively and in compliance with company policies.

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree or HR certification is a plus.

• 5+ years of experience in human resources roles with a focus on HR consulting, employee relations, talent management, or related areas.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a complex matrix organization.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office. Experience with Workday is preferred.
