  • Have an educational background such as (but not limited to) economics, finance, business, data science or legal)
  • Have +3 years of working experience in financial crime prevention and consultancy
  • Experience with or interest in financial crime technology (nice to have but not required)
  • Have advisory-based experience, specialising in AML/ CTF and / or sanctions. Ideally you will have direct experience in a consulting or professional services organisation, but experience within financial services organisations in roles such as internal / external audit, compliance, legal or regulatory competencies will also be considered
  • Have a solid understanding of local, regional or international AML/CTF regulatory requirements and landscape
  • Have strong analytical, conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills
