About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Consultant or Senior Consultant (Depending on applicant’s experience and capabilities) to join our Transformation team within Business Consulting in the Financial Services department. You will be part of a dedicated team with strong collaboration across other Nordic countries and EY’s EMEIA organization. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving transformation and delivering innovative solutions to our clients in the financial services industry. As the world continues to change, our clients need to find better solutions to adapt and stay relevant.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage transformation projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze complex business problems and develop strategic solutions.Engage with clients to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges, and provide expert advice and guidance.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.Contribute to business development activities, including project proposal writing and client presentations.Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.Utilize expertise in both technology and business transformation to drive improvements and innovation for clients.Lead the development or re-engineering of Target Operating Models, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategy.QualificationsMaster’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics, Technology, IT, Engineering, or related fields.Fluency in English, both spoken and written.Proficiency in Danish, both spoken and written is preferred, as it is the work language of many of our clients.A minimum of 1-3 years of either consulting or other relevant transformation experience with a proven track record in transformation.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and/or translate it into actionable insights.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in managing projects and teams.Flexibility to travel as required for client engagements.Experience in the financial sector, particularly with transformation initiatives encompassing both technology and business processes.Preferred but not mandatory, Experience with developing or being part of a team in charge of Target Operating Models.Preferred but not mandatory, Experience and capabilities within Target Operating Model including Organizational Design, Business Process, People and Culture, Governance, and Technology IntegrationProfessional DevelopmentAt EY, we have a high focus on training and learning, offering a wealth of opportunities for professional development.
