Then join us as an Experienced Business Analyst and play a crucial role in our Simplification and Regulatory Change initiatives.About usThe Simplification and Regulatory Change team is part of Business Control & Product Management (BCPM) function that serves as the first line risk function for the Personal Customers, Business Customers and Large Customers & Institutions business segments. The goal of BCPM is to protect products, processes, systems, data, and services from risks across different environments to bring value to customers and society.To achieve this goal, we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst, who will contribute to our Simplification and Regulatory Change projects, beginning with our Consent Management Programme. This initiative includes developing an updated framework (platform, processes, SOPs, governance) to manage our customer consents.Our department is known for its informal yet highly effective work environment, where empowerment, respect, and feedback are at the core of our team dynamics. As part of Danske Bank’s Forward ’28 Strategy, we are dedicated to continuing our journey toward becoming a simpler, more efficient, and secure bank for our customers and society.Your new roleBy stepping into this role, you will get the chance to have a significant impact on the projects and the overall simplification and regulatory agenda. You will get a broad network within the Bank and collaborate closely with Programme Managers, Business Analysts, and Data Analysts within a vibrant team environment.Key tasks will include:
- Conduct business analysis and test new processes and solutions.
- Improve and maintain new and existing systems, processes, SOPs, reporting setup.
- Develop relevant analysis to identify risks, issues and actions and turn them in actionable insights in collaboration with the team.
- Assist the effective dialogue and collaboration across the business unit and with key stakeholders.
- Assist in managing project timelines, documentation, coordination of resources to ensure smooth project execution and monitoring project timelines and milestones.
More than just initiating projects, you are expected to take charge, execute, and coordinate. This role is hands-on, requiring a proactive approach to manage and drive projects forward.About youTo thrive in this position, your optimism and proactive attitude are essential, especially when navigating challenges and driving our simplification agenda. You are known for contributing with ideas and improvements in processes and project management practices to enhance efficiency and project outcomes. You have a structured and pragmatic approach to problem solving and ability to handle multiple tasks with a high-quality standard. While it’s only beneficial if you have experience in the financial industry, we expect you to have:
- Decision-making competence and strong ownership of deliverables.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- A master’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field is advantageous.
- Great English skills (written and spoken)
- Ability to manage many and complex stakeholders at all organisational levels
- Be able to carry out several tasks at the same time, flexible at peaks and you do your best to deliver high-quality results on deadlines
