We are looking for designers who think bigger than a job title. We are looking for open minds focused on finding the right solutions, no matter the problem. An experienced designer is a visual expert who can work with UI’s, web design, art direction, communication, and conceptualisation. A problem-solvers who strive to create unforgettable and loveable digital experiences.Tasks and responsibilities
The work you will be exposed to can be grouped into 3 types: Concept, Delivery and Maintenance.When conceptualising it’s all about exploration, brainstorming, asking questions and being a part of the team working on a given pitch or a project. There will be the opportunity to practice concept thinking, research, workshops, sketching, prototyping, and brainstorming.

When delivering it’s all about bringing winning concepts to live. A close collaboration with UX, project management and development to handover pixel-perfect designs for implementation and/or motion prototypes to explain how objects behave and move. Here you go deeper into tools and processes and really get a taste of how the scrum/sprint process works while learning the highest standards for UI and Interaction design.In the Maintenance phase, we take care of our current projects. We have a lot of long-term partnerships where a designer needs to get close to the client’s vision, status, brand, and design system. There is continuous work of scaling and or improving features and enhancing the product/experience.QualificationsAs a student/junior-level designer, we expect you to have some consolidated skills within the industry of digital design. We expect you to have the burning desire to get your hands dirty with any type of project that could enrich you and help you grow as a person and a professional. Our wide range of projects, allows us to find the perfect fit for our team members, furthermore, we accompany that with a close personal development plan, to make sure you stay on target while having fun.Additional InformationWe anticipate the internship to be three months.
