• Handle customer queries (general enquiries, cancellations and amendments).
• This will be via phone, email and chat channels
• Assist customers with questions regarding payment, changes, cancellation or any other concerns.

Requirements:

• EU Passport or Right to work in Greece
• To speak Italian;
• Good level of English (B2)
• Any customer-facing role
• Good soft skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Passionate about customers
• Upbeat and positive
• Working model onsite
