Since this role focuses on Italian-language content, fluency in Italian is essential. • Content Assessment: Evaluate and monitor user-generated content, including posts, comments, images, and videos, to ensure compliance with our policies and guidelines.

• Reporting: Track and document trends, issues, and feedback to help enhance our moderation practices and community standards.
• Collaboration: Partner with team members and management to provide valuable insights and assist in developing effective moderation strategies.
• Cultural Awareness: Utilize your knowledge of Italian culture to make well-informed decisions and manage content in a culturally appropriate manner.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in Italian: Strong written and spoken Italian is required.
• English Proficiency: Good command of English to communicate with international team members and handle documentation.
• Attention to Detail: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess content meticulously.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to handle complex issues and make quick, informed decisions.
