This exciting role is perfect for individuals fluent in Dutch and passionate about social media and digital marketing. You will play a key role in driving our marketing and sales efforts in the Dutch-speaking market, fostering client relationships, and promoting our suite of social media services.In this position, you’ll work closely with our marketing and sales teams, helping to develop strategies, generate leads, and close deals, ensuring our clients achieve their digital marketing goals.Main Responsibilities:
- Market Outreach: Identify and connect with prospective clients in Dutch-speaking regions, understand their needs, and propose suitable social media solutions.
- Lead Generation: Actively research, network, and use digital outreach techniques to generate leads, building a solid sales pipeline with qualified prospects.
- Sales Development: Deliver persuasive presentations and product demos to potential clients, clearly outlining the benefits of our social media solutions.
- Account Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction levels and long-term partnerships.
- Marketing Strategy: Partner with the marketing team to design and implement campaigns that enhance brand awareness and attract leads in the Dutch-speaking market.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze marketing and sales performance metrics, regularly reporting insights to the management team.
- Content Development: Assist in creating and localizing marketing content tailored to the Dutch-speaking audience, ensuring culturally relevant and consistent messaging.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market shifts to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development and customer service, to ensure seamless customer experiences and business success.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status within the CRM system.

Qualifications:
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Dutch (written and spoken) with a strong command of English (minimum B2 level).
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence potential clients.
- Passion for Sales and Marketing: A genuine interest in sales and marketing, particularly in the realm of social media.

- Willingness to Relocate: Candidates must be open to relocating to Berlin if living abroad, with relocation support provided for eligible candidates.
