to the jobAs Executive Search Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing, identifying, and recruiting top-tier executive talent to meet the staffing needs of ASML. Your primary objective is to ensure that ASML attracts and hires exceptional leaders who can drive business success and achieve strategic objectives and fit our culture.In this role you are expected to contribute in the development of TA strategies, policies, programs and tools based on your expertise in the TA field.Role and responsibilitiesAs Executive search consultant you will work closely with senior stakeholders and HRBP to understand their hiring and business needs. It is expected that you will contribute to the the People Plan providing TA expertise, to execute complex TA processes independently and manage operational improvements.Talent Sourcing, Market Research and Acquisition: Utilize various channels such as networking, job boards, social media, and industry events to identify and attract high-caliber executive candidates.Candidate Assessment: Conduct in depth screening interviews and evaluations to determine not only candidates’ qualifications and skills on hard criteria and cultural fit with the organization but also their growth / development potential.Strategic Planning: Leads the creation of multichannel future talent recruitment campaigns to attract high-quality executive candidates; clarifies the campaign’s objectives; propose and obtain agreement on a financial budget. Develops and maintains a senior executive candidate pipeline through personal networking, research, and a variety of talent attraction and engagement methods, processes and tools.Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with executive candidates, senior internal stakeholders, and external partners such as executive search firms and recruitment agencies.Employer Branding and Candidate Experience: Promote the employer brand through targeted messaging, employer branding initiatives, and participation in industry events to attract diverse top executive talent.Negotiation and Offer Management: Support negotiations with candidates regarding compensation, benefits, and other terms of employment, ensuring competitive offers and successful closures.Onboarding Support: Partner with HR and hiring managers to facilitate smooth onboarding processes for newly hired executives, ensuring a positive candidate experience.Education and experienceBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).8 to 10 years of experience, preferably in more than one HR area, from which at least 5 years of relevant Executive Recruitment experience for example as Researcher at an Executive Search firm or in a corporate role as senior/executive Recruiter or HR Business Partner.Proven experience interviewing high level executives (trained in interviewing skills, assessments, giving feedback).Experience managing projects and diagnosing organizational needs.Experience managing senior stakeholders.Knowledge of industry best practices and regulations.Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.SkillsStrategic Thinking: Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities to understand organizational goals and align recruitment efforts with business objectives. Capable of developing tactical plans for optimizing resources and assets being managed within a business area.Networking Abilities: Exceptional networking skills with the capability to build and maintain relationships with executive-level professionals and industry contacts.Negotiation Skills: Proficiency in negotiation techniques to secure top talent and finalize employment offers.Influencing without power: able to stand your feet on the ground and be the expert on the field to offer valuable feedback and insights becoming a partner of the business.Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to proactively identify recruitment challenges and develop creative solutions as well as make recommendations on changes to policies, processes, standards and practices that would improve operational support, within own assigned business area or TA expertise domain.Confidentiality: Demonstrated discretion and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment software, and other HR technologies for efficient candidate management and tracking.Other informationAs Executive Search Consultant, you play a pivotal role in shaping the leadership team and driving organizational success through strategic talent acquisition.
