The consumer audio industry is fast paced, fun and dynamic and we’re looking for someone who is proactive, loves to work with a lot of different stakeholders from all over Europe and has creative ideas.You will join our Sales department based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands in the position of:Executive Assistant – EMEAAbout the Role:The Executive Sales Assistant supports the Senior Directors of Sales in EMEA and the teams. In this role, you are supporting the coordination of various sales tasks (planning of meetings, events, budget management). You support European HQ business teams and contribute to the daily operations and routines of the Amsterdam office.What You Will Do:

• Assisting the Sales Directors Online and Retail in daily tasks (agenda, meetings etc.)
• Travel coordination, calendar planning and expense claim approvals.
• Preparation and coordination of sales meetings, meeting notes and follow up.
• Market Data analysis including competitive intelligence.
• Support and coordinate Amsterdam based and corporate Marketing activities.
• Support on European events.
• Administrative support to the sales team.
• Legal HVP (Harman Value Program) system, updating and maintenance.
• Support of budget management and Office administration.
• Invoice approvals.

What You Need:

• At least 3 years’ experience at a global organization supporting senior executives and commercial teams.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience assisting management with the creation of PowerPoint presentations.
• Excellent organizational skills, including experience creating and maintaining filing systems.
• Ability to remain flexible and adaptable in a rapidly changing environment.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience in successfully creating and/or modifying processes.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Superior attention to detail.

What is Nice to Have:

• Sales Force and SAP knowledges are an asset.
• Dutch communication skills would be an advantage.

• Willingness to travel 5-10% of the time.
• This is a full-time role, based in Amsterdam.
