For more information, visit .About the Role: We’re looking for a Business Development Executive to join our Sales team in Hoofddorp, Netherlands. You’ll oversee the acquisition of the customers across the Netherlands region. You’ll maximize the sales opportunities within assigned accounts and establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel, and also do the analysis and development of the market potential.Responsibilities:Manage a portfolio of new and existing clients across all BioPharm marketsBuild and explore in-depth understanding of the customer’s business, industry, strategic direction & competitorsDevelop strategic, value-added partnership with the customer by working with the key decision makers & influencers to position long term strategic issues and solutionsBuild understanding of full WC’s capabilities and service/product offerings in the customer arenaDeal with all aspects of specific marketing campaigns, tradeshows & seminarsIdentify, qualify and prioritize all potential opportunities related to the account(s)Engage regional WC operatives to identify opportunities to position their services into the account(s)Work with multi-functional departments to guide development of solutions to the customerDeliver solutions which are highly valued by the customer as high impact, complex and strategicPro-actively monitor, manage and improve quality through specific metrics, customer satisfaction and issue resolution

Identify risk areas & build and manage contingency to mitigateOTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead and drive the development of new accountsGrow existing accountsIdentify new market opportunitiesSupport requests for quotes (RFQ’)Manage sales pipeline and track KPIs Relationship management.Qualifications:Languages: Fluent in English (Essential), Dutch (Desirable)1-2 years professional experience in Business development, sales or account management, or someone from Sales background, intern who wants to grow in the field and could be the first job as BDEGraduate degree (Desirable)Experience in the logistics/transport sector and/or pharmaceutical/life science industry (Desirable)Ability to work as part of a team and independentlyHigh customer orientation and strong communication/presentation skills, verbally & writtenSelf-motivated / self-dependent / reliableAble to prioritize workloadWhat Cencora offers​Benefit offerings outside the US may vary by country and will be aligned to local market practice.
