Job Description:Grade UE04 £24,533 – £27,181 per annumCollege of Arts, Humanities & Social Sciences – Business SchoolFull time – 35 hours per weekOpen ended (Permanent)We are looking for a professional, customer-focused and highly organised individual to work as a key member of a busy Executive Development Team. The role directly contributes to the successful delivery of the School’s Executive Development activities by providing administrative support across a number of executive education activities.The Opportunity:This role will be responsible for providing executive programme logistics support across both online and face to face programme delivery including pre-arrival/induction activities and end of programme evaluation, providing front of house reception duties when required, providing administrative support for psychometric and diagnostic tools, as well as sales and marketing support.This post is full-time (35 hours per week). This role is fully office based.Your skills and attributes for success:

  • Good standard of education (Vocational qualifications N/SVQ 2/3, ONC or equivalent) plus experience in a relevant role or school education to Standard Grade or equivalent plus relevant work experience.
  • Fluent in English and competent literacy skills.
  • Proficient IT skills and in-depth knowledge of MS Office.
  • Demonstrably excellent organisational, planning and time management skills with the ability to handle several tasks at any one time, and stay calm under pressure
  • Positive attitude to work with excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as a professional, friendly, helpful and approachable manner
  • A drive for continuous improvement.
  • Experience of working in a corporate or higher/executive education environment.
