About the Role

We are seeking a proactive Executive Coordinator to support senior executives with administrative tasks and daily operations. You’ll manage schedules, organize meetings, handle communications, and assist with strategic initiatives. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about healthcare and innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Providing confidential secretarial and administrative support to executives, exercising tact and diplomacy.

  • Managing executive calendars, meetings, and prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, and minutes using business software.

  • Arranging business travel, coordinate meetings, and track expenses for executives.

  • Coordinating and delivering people experience programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction, supporting company culture.

  • Acting as a steward of company culture by aligning programs with values and supporting company-wide events.

  • Working independently, supporting innovative solutions to complex organizational challenges.

Requirements

  • Have proven experience in administrative or executive support ideally in healthcare or a similar industry.

  • Have excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

  • Have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant business software.

  • Have the ability to coordinate complex schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
