We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will work with senior leaders, managers, and executives to enhance their leadership skills, strategic thinking, and overall effectiveness within the organization. This role involves providing one-on-one coaching, facilitating workshops, and contributing to the development of our coaching programs.Responsibilities:– Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with executives to develop their leadership capabilities and achieve their professional goals.– Facilitate group workshops and training sessions on leadership development, strategic planning, and other relevant topics.– Assess clients’ strengths and areas for improvement through various tools and methodologies.– Develop personalized action plans and strategies to address clients’ specific needs and goals.– Provide ongoing support and feedback to help clients implement changes and achieve desired outcomes.– Collaborate with internal teams to design and improve coaching programs.– Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in executive coaching and leadership development.Requirements:– Proven experience as an executive coach, with a track record of successful coaching engagements.– Relevant certifications from recognized bodies such as the International Coaching Federation (ICF) or the Center for Executive Coaching.
