Executive Chef (m/f)

Salary: A‚¬4,000 net per month
About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to lead the culinary operations of a prestigious resort. You will oversee multiple dining outlets, including a central kitchen (550 seats) and a la carte restaurants (steakhouse, pizzeria, sushi). Your leadership and expertise will ensure an exceptional dining experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities across all dining outlets.
* Develop banquet, Ã la carte, and other menus that meet quality and budget standards.
* Estimate food and labor costs, manage expenses, and oversee procurement.
* Recruit, train, and manage kitchen staff to uphold high standards of service and presentation.
* Ensure compliance with nutritional guidelines, sanitation regulations, and safety standards.
* Maintain administrative oversight, including timekeeping, payroll, and equipment maintenance.
* Contribute to the Annual Business Plan for Food & Beverage and provide strategic insights for accurate forecasting.
* Monitor staff punctuality, grooming, and adherence to hotel policies.
Requirements:
* Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years as an Executive Chef in high-volume, multi-outlet environments.
* Leadership: Proven ability to manage large teams and delegate tasks effectively.
* Skills:
* Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* Strong knowledge of cooking trends and best practices.
* Proficiency with MS Office and other relevant software.
* Education: BS degree in Culinary Science or related certification preferred.
