We are now looking for a Head Chef to join our team here at Radisson RED Vienna!

As Head Chef at Radisson RED Vienna, you crave the taste of success! You will ensure the heart and soul of Radisson RED beats loudly and strong. Innovative and ahead of the curve, you will create the REDvolution where our guests can’t wait to come back and experience the moment again, they will go social, where it’s constant snap and chatter. Capturing feedback at every opportunity, you are ready to make things happen with your unique personality. It’s different we know, but that’s ok, for at RED it’s a given as the guest experience is paramount and always tops our agenda.

Tasks

Our kitchen team has a taste for developing the flavours to cook up a storm and strives to deliver an experience that is beyond expectation – creating memorable moments for our guests.

• Our Head Chefs can handle the heat in any kitchen!
• Cooking is the spice of your life and you will have a passion for food which ensures consistently high standards and a creative flair that showcases ingredients
• As an integral part of the management team, you will manage budgets and inventory, whilst working proactively to ensure guest satisfaction and the smooth running of the kitchen department

As Head Chef, you will join a team that is passionate about delivering incredible service where we believe that anything is possible, whilst having fun in all that we do!

Requirements

• Flexibility and a positive, Yes I Can! Attitude
• An eye for detail
• Is a creative problem-solver
• Passionate about creating extraordinary service
• Ability to work as part of a team to ensure guest satisfaction
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. German is a plus!
• Experience in a similar position is essential
