You’re the culinary visionary ready to take our kitchens to the next level. As Executive Chef, you’ll shape menus, lead kitchen teams, and create dining experiences that people can’t stop talking about. You’ll oversee multiple outlets (restaurants, bars, cafés, and events) making sure every dish is memorable and every service runs like clockwork. Innovation is your middle name: you bring fresh ideas, seasonal inspiration, and a touch of daring to every plate. You’ll lead with energy, coaching your team to grow, collaborate, and shine.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and inspire your kitchen teams to create unforgettable dining experiences.
  • Design and update menus across restaurants, bars, cafés, and event spaces.
  • Collaborate with leadership to keep culinary offerings fresh, cohesive, and on-brand.
  • Manage kitchen operations, from prep to service, with focus on quality, efficiency, and safety.
  • Control costs, track food waste, and optimize inventory for maximum impact.
  • Engage with guests, gathering feedback and tailoring experiences to delight every time.
  • Build strong supplier relationships and source ingredients that are fresh, local, and sustainable.

What You’ll Have

  • You have at least 3 years as an Executive Chef or similar role in a busy, dynamic environment.
  • You bring expertise in menu creation, kitchen management, and multi-outlet operations.
  • You have a track record of leading teams, coaching talent, and fostering collaboration.
  • You have strong financial acumen. Budgeting, cost control, and P&L management come naturally.
  • You have a flair for innovation and a passion for hospitality that inspires others.
  • You speak English and German fluently; other languages are a plus.
  • You bring calm under pressure, decisiveness, and a hands-on, results-oriented mindset.
