Job Purpose/Overview

  • Terminplanung für die Geschäftsführung (Teams-Meetings oder Präsenzveranstaltungen) sowie Terminverwaltung in Outlook

  • Gästeempfang & Kontrolle der Covid-19 Schutzmaßnahmen

  • Set-up von Konferenzräumen

  • Korrespondenz in deutscher und englischer Sprache

  • Bearbeiten allgemeiner Assistenzaufgaben

  • Organisation von Firmenfeiern, internen Veranstaltungen & Meetings

  • Organisation von Mitarbeitergeschenken (Fasching, Ostern, Weihnachten)

  • Bearbeitung der Eingangs- und Ausgangspost

  • Bestellung Catering & externe Bewirtungen

  • Beschaffungsmanagement von Unterlagen (Rechnungen, etc. für Kreditkartenabrechnungen)

  • Erstellen & Präsentation der Eingangsschilder & Geburtstagsschilder

  • Travel Management Antech Diagnostics Germany Mitarbeiter im Inland & Ausland (Recherche und Buchen von Hotel, Flug, Zug, Taxi, Mietwagen, Shuttle)

  • Erstellen der Reisekostenabrechnungen für die Geschäftsleitung

  • Beantragung der A1 Zertifikate

Education and Experience

  • Mittlere Reife, vollendete kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Vergleichbares

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Office Management oder in einem vergleichbaren Bereich

  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office

  • Verbindliches, freundliches Auftreten sowie ein gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild

  • Eine eigenverantwortliche, zuverlässige und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise
