What You Can Expect
The Executive and Office Manager is responsible for the support of the Sales Lead and Belgium site. The Executive and Office Manager is also responsible for the support in the organization of several Zimmer Biomet Belgium events for personnel (Kick-off meetings, sales meetings, New Year’s party etc…).
How You’ll Create Impact

Administrative support for sales and marketing-related activities – booths, commercial and marketing meetings – sales meetings

Administrative support of the sales and marketing teams – agenda management, expense notes, mailings, etc

Maintain the Sales Lead calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, speaking engagements, and travel (may include domestic and international) arrangements. Exercise discretion in committing time and evaluating needs.

Responsible for overall preparation for key meetings and calls; support with agenda preparation, meeting invites, presentation consolidation, uploading of materials into Teams site, and taking meeting minutes.

Organize the travel of the Sales Lead by making travel bookings through Concur and preparing, reconciling, and submitting travel expense reports.

Manage the office reception and its team

Manage office supplies & service provider/office supplier relationships

Collaborate with site support functions and other functions to ensure smooth running of the facility

Organize corporate events such as CSR projects, external staff meetings, etc.

Coordinate internal event preparation and facility-related arrangements where required

Manage relevant facility documentation

Coordinate collection and archiving of legal entity paperwork not administrated by specific functions

Your Background
-
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communication
-
A combination of education degree and work experience will be considered

Several years of experience in administrative or related roles, with experience supporting senior-level executives desired.

Professional Dutch speaking with a perfect knowledge of French – ideally bilingual

Excellent English skills are mandatory
