We drive our strategy as an energy technology company, underpinned by robust technology roadmaps and an efficient operating model that allows each engineer to innovate, add value and reach their potential.As Electrical, Instrumentation and Controls Engineering (EICE) Team we deliver high value and best in class solution to our Customers with focus on efficiency, quality, and execution excellence for Clean Energy Transition.Partner with the bestThe Execution Fulfillment Staff Engineer will play a critical role in driving execution governance relevant to Electrical, Instrumentation and Controls Engineering activities, to completely fulfill on time delivery target, partnering with all internal and external stakeholders.As Execution Fulfillment Staff Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Executing fulfillment of engineering documentation for Make&Buy, Project documents, Supplier documents for Electrical, Instrumentation and Control Engineering. Collaborate with EICE Leaders, teams and all related functions to identify and overcome roadblocks.
  • Being the EICE entry point to lead and monitor operationally all the post PORs phases (including critical commodities TAs, ECR, suppliers’ feedbacks…) to assure consistency and completeness across EICE activities versus project milestones accomplishment.
  • Leading and managing EICE operational rhythm to monitor documentation OTD status and progress including daily status with each team and weekly reports to management level.
  • Proposing and promoting advanced solutions to optimize fulfillment processes, with specific focus on OTD, efficiency, and productivity.
  • Conducting in-depth technical analysis (loop-back and Lesson Learned) to identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions to optimize execution flow together with Procurement/ Fulfillment/ Manufacturing Leaders.
  • Assuring advanced technical and operational support to resolve critical fulfillment and execution related issues, collaborating with other functional teams (including Procurement, Fulfillment, Manufacturing…)
  • Coordinating supplier technical surveillance activities for EICE commodities
  • Managing, updating, monitoring and digitally evolve EICE Engineering “On Time Delivery” dashboards and digital tools in cooperation with other GTE engineering verticals and Global Centers

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a bachelor’s in industrial Engineering;
  • Have experience in Engineering, Procurement or Manufacturing roles;
  • Have sound knowledge of O&G products and their production process/methods;
  • Be oriented to continuous improvement;
  • Have excellent communication skills in English and Italian;
  • Be results orientated, proactive problem solver, and a team player.
