Job Title: Events Manager
Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands
Salary: A‚¬3,500 gross per month

We are seeking an experienced Events Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale events. This role involves intensive planning, hands-on event delivery, collaborating with stakeholders, operations, and F&B teams to ensure smooth execution. The role requires previous leadership in a high-demand environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead end-to-end planning for concerts and events, working closely with the Operations team to build detailed plans for logistics, F&B, safety, and overall operations.
* Manage and communicate effectively with two primary stakeholders to align on event requirements, schedules, and expectations, navigating complex situations as needed.
* Coordinate with the existing events team to ensure seamless handover, setup, and logistics across events.
* Manage event budgets, ensuring adherence to financial plans and optimizing costs wherever possible, with a strong command of numbers and budget allocations.
* Lead a large team of 100+ people during the event execution phase, ensuring all event-day operations meet quality standards and safety requirements.
* Oversee post-event breakdown, ensuring everything is restored and operational tasks are processed accurately.
* Continuously assess and upgrade event operations to maintain a high level of performance in a high-volume business setting.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in event management within a high-demand, fast-paced environment
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to oversee complex logistics and work effectively with large teams
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder management, able to manage expectations and deliver results
* Financial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets and analyze costs
* Hands-on leader who can coordinate independently as part of a team
* Ability to thrive in a high-volume, dynamic environment
