About The Team 1GBM EUI are the Global Business Marketing team (GBM) and champion TikTok in the B2B marketing world, looking to educate, inspire and create opportunities for our sales teams to develop and foster key client relationships and demonstrate how TikTok can deliver business outcomes for their business. Team Intro TikTok For Business’ European & Israel B2B (business-to-business) Marketing Team is looking for an Events Executive to help shape and support industry-leading client experiences and events across the region. Reporting to the EUI Events Lead in London, the successful candidate will be excited to join a European hub which manages and delivers all EUI (European and Israel) wide events and customer experiences, both industry and proprietary. The team works closely with local markets, marketing communications and industry relations teams to drive event marketing touchpoints that drive new business and strengthen relationships with clients. The successful candidate would be part of a team that is continuing to set foundations in events and experiential marketing at TikTok. The Events Executive’s primary role will be to support our experiential event programmes across the EUI, both industry-led and proprietary-owned. This position will be located in London and the candidate must be able to be in the office or on site 3-4 days per week. Responsibilities – Support the wider team on the execution of our tentpole regional events ensuring they live and breathe the TikTok brand – Collaborate on processes and resource efficiencies in the EUI (European and Israel) Experiences team – Lead on low budget but high impact local event projects end to end; from brief creation to creative conceptualising and finance management – Support wider team on major tentpole events – Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive internal engagement and collaboration – Continually work to increase external impact with our clients with business objective alignment, creative ideation and competitor evaluation – Manage our comms platform to promote our events externally – Own SWAG offering from ideation to logistics – Own team Experiential administrative duties, including storage, agency RFPs (request for proposals), reporting documents, etc.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications – Demonstrated experience working in events – Ability to travel across any/all European markets to manage event production – Excellent understanding of TikTok – Fluent in English Preferred Qualifications – Have excellent organisational skills and a self-starter attitude – Be agile and have the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment – Good knowledge of the events industry in the advertising landscape TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
