As an Event Consultant at Capgemini University, you will play a pivotal role in planning, coordinating, and executing both face-to-face and digital events. Your expertise in project management, stakeholder engagement, and event operations will be crucial in delivering exceptional experiences for our participants.   • Event operations: Collaborate with the Event Operations team and the wider L&D team to plan and deliver learning experiences, both face-to-face and digital.
  • Event management: Oversee the event process for digital (mostly) or Face-to Face events, including working with technical teams on platform setup, preparation, and live execution, supporting teams in studio, or remotely.
  • Event app and feedback tools: Set up and coordinate the use of event apps and feedback tools for face-to-face events, ensuring seamless integration across teams.
  • Event registrations and feedback: Lead the event registration process and manage the collection and analysis of event feedback.
  • Facilitator, speaker and crew management: Book and brief facilitators, speakers, and the wider event crew to ensure smooth event delivery.
  • Content collection: Collect and organize session content, including slides, visual materials, videos, speaker bios, and session descriptions working closely with Marketing and Communication teams.

YOUR PROFILE

  • At least Bachelor’s degree,
  • You have proven experience in event management, event delivery or L&D program delivery,
  • As an enthusiastic, capable and professional individual, you are confident in managing stakeholders at any level of the organization,
  • You are self-motivated and well-organized, you meet your targets with agility,
  • You possess data storytelling skills,
  • You are flexible and adaptable, with a can-do attitude: there may be some travels required.
