We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Event Team Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the planning, coordination, and execution of a wide range of events, from client meetings to large-scale conferences and social gatherings. The Event Team Assistant will work closely with the Event Manager and other team members to ensure seamless event logistics and an exceptional guest experience.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Assisting an event manager with a high number of events (webinars, conferences, trade shows).
  • Researching venues, tools and vendors to suit each type of event.
  • Managing all supporting administration, including enquiry information, event calendar, running orders and feedback.
  • Supporting the event manager with logistical and administrative duties.
  • Collaboration with other marketing teams (communications, PR, sales, designers) in order to reach maximum outcomes from each event.
  • Managing order of the giveaways, printed materials, prizes etc. required for events and for local team needs.
  • Prepare event materials, such as signage, badges, handouts, and presentations.
  • Ensuring all branded items for events arrive on time.
  • Monitor, keep and track all the event-related expenses.
  • Managing post-event marketing/communications.

About You:

  • Ability to manage deadlines, remain flexible and have an open mind to learning in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Excellent time management, organisation and prioritising skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy.
  • Positive, enthusiastic approach and works on own initiative.
  • Patient and calm under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Experience in Technology/Software is a plus.
  • Advanced English. Any additional language knowledge will be a plus.
  • Higher Education (Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred).
