Novo Nordisk is looking for an Event Reporting Specialist to join our Finance & Operations team in Istanbul, Türkiye. The Position

As an Event Reporting Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring Novo Nordisk Türkiye’s compliance with regulations around congresses, events, and Third Party Relationships (TPR). You will report to Finance & Commercial Events Manager, but on daily basis work closely with Sr. Congress & Event Specialist.

-You will be responsible for managing timely submission of all congresses and events to the Ministry of Health (MoH), adhering to Ministry of Health (MoH) requirements and timelines.
-You will be monitoring application status of all events and congresses, updating both Ministry of Health (MoH) system and internal event management system (One Portal).
-You will be checking and archiving the documents related event and congress in accordance with the Ministry of Health
-You will follow up collection and gathering of data required for the preparation of the Novo Nordisk Türkiye Value Transfer Report from the relevant Business Units / departments.
-You will act as the Local Due Diligence Responsible, upholding affiliate compliance with TPR requirements and manage TPR due diligence processes.
 

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, we expect you to be University graduate with at least 2 years of experience in the field of Congress and Events in a pharmaceutical company or an agency that has experience with pharmaceutical companies.

-Good command of the regulations of the Ministry of Health.
-Strong quality mindset.
-Analytical and detailed oriented.
-Solution oriented and accountable.
-Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
-Experience with basic MS Office package.
-Fluency in oral and written Turkish and English.
 

About the Department

The Event Specialist & Local Due Diligence Responsible will be part of the Events & Congress Unit within the Finance & Operations Department at Novo Nordisk Türkiye. Our team is responsible for organising congresses and meetings on behalf of Novo Nordisk in accordance with Ministry of Health regulations and Novo Nordisk business ethics requirements.

We work closely with various departments to ensure that our business practices and transactions are in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Our team counts 20 people and we are dedicated to protecting and leveraging the organization’s key assets and interests.
