The Role and What You’ll Do:
We are seeking an experienced Event Logistics Manager to join our team. Logistics management will play a crucial role in the successful execution of the Official Hospitality Program for the 2026 Olympic and Paralympic Games in Milano-Cortina, Italy. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the logistical needs for all shipping and receiving of equipment with the MC26 Competition venues and On Location offices and facilities. Ensuring that equipment is delivered on time, with tight coordination of multiple FAs for all competition venues and hospitality spaces, in coordination with our cluster and venue production management teams. You will facilitate the logistics needs of our FAs to supply goods to multiple venues before, during, and after the event. You will own the Master Delivery Schedule by researching, tracking, and collecting information from our Warehouse Team and FAs at each location for all Load-in and Load-out phases. This position will report to the On Location General Manager in Milan.
