Tasks: – Providing legal advice with a focus on European commercial law, contracts and consumer protection law – Advising Nintendo of Europe business units, Nintendo Japan Legal department and European local markets on commercial law matters within the European region – Supporting legal drafting and reviewing letters, contracts and other corporate law- or commercial law-related documents for the European region – Collaborating with and receiving guidance from the Senior European Legal Advisors in the team Requirements: – German law degree or law degree of another European country, a Master of Law would be a plus – At least two years of post-qualification experience in a law firm or as in-house lawyer – Excellent knowledge of European civil law, consumer law, and corporate law – Excellent written and spoken English language skills, German, Italian or Polish would be a plus – Well-structured and process-oriented thinking as well as diligent style of work – Very good communication skills paired with a team oriented mindset This position is recruited in our location Frankfurt am Main, Germany or Windsor, United Kingdom.
