Are you eager to make a meaningful impact and apply your unique skills to diverse projects across Europe?Within this stream of our 2-year rotational European Graduate Program of our Materials Group Business Unit, you’ll tackle exciting 12-month assignments in different areas of Operations/Manufacturing at various production sites across Europe. We’ll empower you to take on responsibility quickly while you explore all aspects of our operations. You’ll contribute to both day-to-day activities and strategic manufacturing projects. Beyond honing your technical expertise, you’ll have the opportunity to develop strong communication and leadership skills.
