European & Government Affairs division seeks to contribute actively to EU’s policy & regulatory process.Your responsibilities

• Monitor policy & regulatory initiatives affecting the automotive business
• Support coordination of Toyota’s position making internally & as part of the work in trade associations
• Support design & implementation of appropriate advocacy actions
• Build & maintain a strong network inside and outside the company (i.e. with policy makers & other third parties)
• Event organisation, in particular for external outreach activities

• You have a University Degree (Masters) ideally in Politics, Law or Economics
• You are fluent in English (TME’s business language), other languages (such as Polish, Czech and/or Spanish) are an asset
• You have an interest for public policy, law-making and politics
• You have good knowledge of the EU decision making process
• You have very good communication skills & thrive in a multicultural environment
• You are a team player and place high importance on ensuring smooth collaboration & info sharing within your team
• Ideally you have first experience within the auto industry or gained experience on sustainability/trade/consumer policy topics
• You are eager to learn
• Previous experience in an EU institution is a plus
