Make your mark for patientsWe are looking for a EU Rheumatology Head & Marketing who is strategic, innovative, and collaborative to join us in our Immunology team, based in our Headquarters in Brussels, Belgium (preferred).About the RoleYou will be accountable to drive the commercial strategy in Rheumatology across Europe, in partnership with EU areas and Global teams, ensuring regional alignment and focus on its execution. You will be driving the Cross functional Team across marketing, medical and access ensuring the strong regional planning, budget management and impact measurements are well in placeYou will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for rheumatology across Europe, ensuring alignment with global strategies while addressing local market needs. You will provide insights and guidance to shape our 10-year plan, define regional marketing priorities, and support launch readiness across the EU regions. This is a senior leadership role where you will collaborate cross-functionally to drive growth and deliver value for patients.Who You’ll Work WithYou will be part of EU Immunology Operations LT reporting into the Head of EU Immunology Operations and will work closely with Franchise leads/ Global asset teams, PIM teams, I2I, Access and connect with all backbone/ transversal functions. You will have a team directly reporting into you and you will drive matrix leadership at crossfunctional level.You will be working in a team that partners closely with global and regional colleagues across marketing, medical, and market access functions. You’ll collaborate with countries, external stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of strategies that meet patient needs and drive business success throughout Europe.What You’ll Do
- Lead European commercial and marketing strategies for rheumatology, provide cross-functional leadership and coordination.
- Adapt global strategies to the European context and develop regional implementation plans enabling local plans
- Gather and provide insights to shape the global and regional rheumatology strategies.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to enhance regional launch readiness and execution.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external thought leaders and stakeholders.
- Monitor and track performance against key objectives, adjusting plans as needed.
- Ensure impactful launches and launch readiness and managing of future assets and indications at regional level
Interested? For this role, we’re looking for the following education, experience, and skills
- 15+ years of experience in healthcare sales, marketing, or market access in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience in specialty pharmaceuticals or biologics at a European or multi-country level.
- Medical, scientific and therapeutic area expertise
- Leadership experience, direct/indirect min 5 years
- Proven track record in strategic planning, launch readiness, and execution.
- Strong leadership experience in managing and influencing cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills and a strategic, analytical mindset.
