Apply now and become our EU Productivity Finance Manager at our HQ in Hoofddorp, Amsterdam!As EU Productivity finance manager, you are a key member of the EU operations finance team.You will provide financial direction, insights, and help provide recommendation to improve overall operations performance, improve efficiency and costs through the Horizon productivity program (300mio€+ savings per year). Establish a productivity mindset and improve processes and tools.Directly responsible for all productivity reporting, analysis, and consolidation for the EU region.You will be a business partner to the Performance team. And working closely with the Horizon stream leaders, Global, Regional EU, and Local CBU finance teams.This is a challenging role, are you ready for that?   • Responsible for all Productivity financial planning, reporting, analysis, and consolidation for the EU region
  • Lead and coordinate financial Rolling forecast process and AOP productivity target setting
  • Ensure a complete and qualitative delivery of the management reporting – ensuring reporting accuracy – understanding variations vs plan
  • Design and implement the follow-up needed to prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive review
  • Perform variance analyses and provide high-quality commentary on root-cause of deviations to enable, then effectively and efficiently follow up with operations and finance team on cost deviations/gaps vs target and initiate action to fill them
  • Ensure accurate pipeline reporting for all productivity projects using IPRO view tool, drive conversation animating teams on short term and long-term productivity opportunities
  • Provide financial expertise to finance controllers and project managers on productivity reporting
  • Identify financial risks and opportunities and drive necessary action plans
  • Actively recommends and implements continuous improvement to financial control processes and tools

To be successful in this role, you have at least of 5 years relevant Finance experience in a complex, multinational context (factory/operations controlling is a plus) and Academic degree and working level with a track record of performance. You have excellent analytical skills, rigorous, accurate and strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially to non-finance, building effective relationships from shopfloor to CODI based on trust, integrity and positive energy. We will welcome an open-minded, reliable, proactive and team-oriented person. Strong communication and technical skills are required to connect to other finance teams and manage financial topics within the organization.Working at Danone is a unique experience.
