You’ll own the reimagining of our EXTRA loyalty program across Europe, breaking down complex problems into the experiential building blocks of massively scalable features. As one of the first hires to our EU loyalty product team, you will guide the evolution of our technical product development and deployment process, holding ownership across the product development cycle, from agile ceremonies with developers to roadmap reviews with senior leaders.Who You AreYou’re a builder at heart. You can communicate how our work today will impact our digital maturity in the years to come.What You Will Be DoingThoughtfully serve as a customer experience champion and a technology strategist to define the next generation of the EXTRA loyalty program and accompanying data-driven retention strategies.Work cross-functionally with strategy, UX design, technical architecture, and engineering teams to write detailed front-end and back-end feature requirements, working with business unit leaders to communicate the value of the next generation loyalty program.Work closely with the Director of Loyalty Technology and technical consulting partners to continuously prioritize development & optimize the software development lifecycle, ensuring the future program can scale efficiently across our European business.Communicate timelines and guide expectations across technical and non-technical stakeholder teams, documenting key design decisions, and directing UAT testing activities, and coordinating feature releases.Lead SAFe agile ceremonies with a global team of in-house and vendor partners.Collaborate closely with the Loyalty Analytics team to define, measure, and report on the key performance indicators of feature performance, customer experience impact, and business valueDefine how our marketing teams will use a new suite of CDP & journey orchestration tools in their CRM retention efforts, then develop training for these teams to learn the new tools.What We Need4+ years of product management and/or development experience building consumer-facing products.Understanding of digital MarTech and retail technologies including but not limited to loyalty platforms, CDP/CTR, journey/campaign orchestrators, point of sale systems, payments processing systems, integration architecture, mobile backend, retail media networks, and analytics platforms.Professional background or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Human-Computer Interaction, or a closely related field or equivalent experience.Demonstrated experience leveraging qualitative and quantitative insights to plan and prioritize feature ideas.Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical information in a condensed manner to a wide range of audiences, verbally and in writing.Ability to work effectively with remote teams, comfortable managing communications across multiple channels (email, Slack, Teams, etc.) and geographies to get people aligned and get things doneExcellent written and oral communication skills in EnglishIdeal Candidates Also HaveAdvanced knowledge of agile development methodologies.Strong technical testing and release management experience.Experience working with agile planning tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, Miro).Experience leading development teams in a scaled scrum/agile environment.Experience with API diagramming (e.g. UML).Experience with cloud architecture, database management, and programming languages.Interested?We encourage you to apply by December 11th, 2024.
