Richemont, Benelux & Nordics – EU E-Commerce Project ManagerHOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?An eCommerce Project Manager is the main point responsible for all regional projects relating the B2C eCommerce. You will work closely and report to the E-Commerce Business Development Manager.Your close collaboration with cross-functional teams will aim to support the local eCommerce services to improve the customer experience for Richemont Maisons in more than 26 EU countries. You will work closely with all the Maisons on various projects, while also collaborating with Logistics, Payment, our Client Relations Centre, and the Richemont digital teams (managing e-com escalations, leading workshops, defining action plans for improvement, and driving executions of regional initiatives).KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIESProject Portfolio Management:Facilitate the European Project Portfolio Management process: European demand collection, prioritization, submitting to the Group portfolio management, ensure budget allocation, and follow up on the European projects portfolioDefine, support and execute regional strategic projects, ensure the follow-up of their implementationOversee planning, execution and analysis of all local digital initiativesAs a senior:Co-Lead the European Portfolio Management process and ensure alignment with all functions, teams and MaisonsProject Management:Deal and manage strategic projects in a complex environmentLead local continuous improvement and business transformation projectsIdentify priorities to allocate project resourcesEnsure the correct roll-out of projects by establishing active and lean communication between the key stakeholders from the Group, the Region, and the MaisonsProvide project status updates and participate in meetings with the Europe Executive Committee and Group Digital DistributionDrive project-related change management in relevant Markets and Maisons to facilitate the achievement of Richemont’s objectivesDeliver on the project management KPIs (Costs, Schedule, Performance)Ensure the successful transition of projects to operationsAs a senior:Be an advocate of the EU PMO methodology within the region and globalRecommend improvements to PMO methodology and project accelerators used by the teamLead high-complexity programs and regional projects in compliance with project management standards.Business Development:Be a strong contributor to new ideas and innovations that help to strengthen our Maisons brand equity, develop our European business and gain market sharesPartner with Maisons and Group functions to accompany them on their CRC & e-commerce strategy and prepare project plans accordinglySupport the definition and execution of regional e-commerce efficiency projects and be an active contributor to the Group Transformation projects, especially those linked to digitalization, data, and IT in generalDevelop business casesSupport the organization in preparing management sessions, content, and procedures creationsAs a senior:Lead new business cases investigations with Maisons & FunctionsCo-Lead Business development agenda with Business Development ManagerActively maintain a network of contacts with Global Data Teams to ensure alignment with Global Practices & Agenda.Responsible for new team members onboarding & trainingCoach less experienced team members and be the first option for help/assistanceHOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?Master’s or a Bachelor’s degree in either Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, IT, or eCommerce (or other related studies)Acquired 2+ years of project management experience, program management experience is a plus (5+ for senior role)Acquired 2+ years of professional experience and have a strong background in e-Commerce Operations (5+for senior role)Have a solid understanding of European consumer behaviors and the digital landscapeHave a strong background in analytics and data mining to support data-driven decision-making and business case creationHave proven project management and change management skillsHave excellent presentation skillsHave a strong e-business process understanding (order processing, inventory management, payment, product personalization, logistics, customer support, etc.)Excel in your communication skills in EnglishAre a strong and pro-active team playerThrive on enriching your knowledge of continuous improvement tools and techniquesAbility to build relations and network;Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).HOW DO WE KEEP YOU SMILING?As a significant member of the Richemont community, you are also part of a much bigger family at Richemont.We strongly believe in internal development, mobility and offering various opportunities to enhance both your personal and professional development.YOUR JOURNEY WITH US:We aim to provide a valuable recruitment process, allowing you to gain exposure to some key decision makers and influencing individuals:1st Stage – After your application has been selected, our recruitment team will reach out to you within 2 weeks to conduct an introductory call2nd Stage – Interview with the Business Development Manager Europe3rd Stage – Business case presentation to the Business Development Manager Europe and the Regional CRC & E-Commerce DirectorLEARN MORE ABOUT LIFE AT RICHEMONT BELOW:
